Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment.


Our policy concerning patient insurance requires patients to pay a set fee for their orthodontic treatment in convenient payment terms regardless of their insurance coverage. It is not our policy to accept payment directly from your insurance company.

We will assist you in your effort to receive reimbursement from your insurance company for benefits to which you are entitled. We will provide you with a standardized form recommended by the American Association of Orthodontists.
